Gŵyr Night Star London Dry Gin is the World Martini Day® 2022 limited edition spirit.
Inspired by 1953's Casino Royale passage on the Vesper Martini (Vesper meaning Evening Star) with 15 botanicals led by Serbian juniper (the casino's location) on a base of both grape and grain (as in a Martini) distilled on 13 April and bottled at 53% ABV (a nod to the publication date). It's as if we redistilled a Vesper Martini into an intense gin... for you to enjoy in a Vesper Martini.

Locksley are a distillery dedicated to creating beautiful and delicious beverages, and inspire people invest in real and fair products. They try to use as much local produce - organic where possible, or at least fair trade/fair wild - reducing waste and maximising recycling and working together with the local community in Sheffield to create products that reach every sensory capacity in the most uncompromising quest for their products to be the best.
It was only natural therefore we invited them to launch the very first official World Martini Day® gin for 2021. This limited edition juniper bomb will satisfy all you martini needs. Juniper is distilled two ways for layers of complex flavour along with vermouth used as a botanical in the gin.
